Once your payment has been received via E-transfer your order will be processed, discreetly packaged, and vacuum-sealed to protect and maintain your privacy. If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected arrival date, let us know and we will file a trace with Canada Post.
If a trace is filed, Canada Post will conduct an investigation (which can take 5 business days to complete). If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable”, we will send
you a 1x replacement package, free of charge. We do not offer postage refunds if your order arrives late due to any postal issues.
Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete address and a valid name. We do not re-ship packages that have been returned to sender due to an incorrect shipping address or if it hasn’t been picked up from the post office within the allotted time frame.

Orders are shipped via Express Post with a tracking number within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment. Express-post may choose the advantage of 2-4 business days to reach you, based on your geographical area. Some orders might take slightly longer depending on the area.
